If a customer receives an incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email), the customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once the return of the incorrect item is initiated. ORA Cosmetics will pay for return shipping.
If a customer decides to return an item for reasons other than those stated above, the customer is entitled to a FULL REFUND once ORA Cosmetics receives the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
Customers may be entitled to a full/ partial refund if the product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked. (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). This is left to the discretion of ORA Cosmetics on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the carrier or ORA Cosmetics is at fault.
Customer is entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel the order BEFORE product has been shipped.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order AFTER product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued only if item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If the product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
ORA Cosmetics is NOT Responsible for stolen or missing items/packages. The customer should file a claim with the carrier. The customer is advised to contact the carrier for shipment and delivery issues BEFORE contacting customer service. ORA Cosmetics will work with the customer on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable.
The customer is entitled to full refund at any time if ORA Cosmetics is found at fault.
